Your reservation is tied to a specific city and campaign. If that campaign does not reach its target, you are contacted directly about it — you are never left guessing.
Each city has its own spots and one reservation per fan. Contact us with your Reservation Number and we will look at moving it.
Apply through Artist Identity Verification (AIVA). Once approved you register your account, and your Show Campaign unlocks from your dashboard.
There is a one-off registration fee to activate your account. After that you keep an agreed share of every reservation — the split is shown in your dashboard before you commit.
Payouts run through Stripe Connect once a campaign completes. Connect your Stripe account from Payments in your dashboard so nothing is held up.
GEM lets a company run several artists across several cities from one dashboard, with its own verification and its own reporting.
