member pays for this show, held independently of INthe-Q™. We show it as
confirmed once we receive confirmation the arrangement is in place.
Who holds this deposit?
Performance Security Deposit Notice To All Members.
INthe-Q™ does not receive, hold, custody, control, transfer or administer
Performance Security Deposit funds at any time.
All Performance Security Deposit arrangements are established and maintained
independently of INthe-Q™ through an approved third-party licensed financial
intermediary and/or qualified U.S. attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.
INthe-Q™ records only the applicable Performance Security Deposit amount,
Campaign Code, Artist and confirmation status after receiving appropriate
confirmation that the required security arrangement has been established.
