Effective Date: This Agreement is in active effect and governs how AIVA information is collected and used.
This Artist Identity Verification Application Privacy Disclosure & Verification Consent Agreement (“AIVA Privacy Agreement”) is entered into by and between
JCLV Enterprises LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, doing business as
Rebel Boom and
Rebel Boom Live (“Company,” “Rebel Boom Live,” “INthe-Q™,” or “Platform”), and the individual, artist, band, group, representative, management company, entertainment company, or authorized applicant submitting an Artist Identity Verification Application (“Applicant”).
This Agreement explains how information submitted through the INthe-Q™ Artist Identity Verification Application (“AIVA”) may be collected, reviewed, stored, and used for purposes related to platform security, identity verification, fraud prevention, and participation eligibility.
By submitting an AIVA Application, Applicant acknowledges and consents to the practices described herein.
Article 1
Purpose of AIVA Information Collection
The Applicant acknowledges that INthe-Q™ is a trust-based demand discovery platform designed to connect Artists, Fans, Entertainment Partners, Promoters, Venues, and Enterprise Partners.
Because the INthe-Q™ platform may involve:
- fan reservations;
- revenue participation;
- campaign activation;
- third-party ticketing relationships;
- enterprise partnerships;
- and potential Event opportunities,
Rebel Boom Live requires identity verification information to maintain platform integrity and reduce the risk of fraud, impersonation, unauthorized representation, and misuse of the platform.
Article 2
Information That May Be Collected
As part of the AIVA process, Rebel Boom Live may collect information including, but not limited to:
Artist Information
- Artist name;
- stage name;
- legal name where applicable;
- band or group information;
- biography;
- website information;
- social media profiles;
- music platforms;
- public performance history;
- geographic information;
- representative information.
Contact Information
- email address;
- telephone number;
- authorized representative contact information;
- management or company contact information.
Verification Information
Where reasonably necessary, Rebel Boom Live may request additional verification information including:
- government-issued identification;
- business registration information;
- proof of representation authority;
- management agreements or authorization documents;
- ownership or control information;
- video or telephone verification;
- additional documentation reasonably required to confirm identity or authority.
Article 3
Purpose of Information Use
Information collected through AIVA may be used solely for legitimate platform purposes including:
- (a) verifying Applicant identity;
- (b) confirming Applicant authority to represent an Artist or entertainment entity;
- (c) preventing impersonation and fraudulent activity;
- (d) reviewing eligibility for INthe-Q™ participation;
- (e) maintaining platform security;
- (f) communicating regarding application status;
- (g) enforcing INthe-Q™ agreements and policies;
- (h) complying with applicable legal obligations.
Rebel Boom Live does not collect AIVA information for the purpose of evaluating artistic talent, popularity, genre, creative style, or artistic merit.
Article 4
Data Security and Access Limitations
Rebel Boom Live will take commercially reasonable measures designed to protect AIVA information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to AIVA information shall be limited to authorized personnel, contractors, advisors, or service providers who require access for legitimate business purposes.
Rebel Boom Live reserves the right to use qualified third-party service providers to assist with:
- secure data storage;
- identity verification;
- compliance;
- fraud prevention;
- platform operations.
Article 5
No Sale of AIVA Information
Rebel Boom Live does not sell, rent, or trade Applicant identity verification information to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
AIVA information is collected solely for platform integrity, verification, compliance, and operational purposes.
Article 6
Limited Disclosure of Information
Applicant acknowledges that certain information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary, including to:
- (a) authorized Rebel Boom Live personnel;
- (b) legal advisors;
- (c) compliance providers;
- (d) fraud prevention providers;
- (e) enterprise partners where necessary and authorized;
- (f) governmental authorities where legally required.
Rebel Boom Live will not disclose verification information beyond what is reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Article 7
Third-Party Services
Applicant acknowledges that INthe-Q™ may utilize third-party service providers for technology, payment processing, security, verification, or operational purposes.
Such third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms governing their handling of information.
Rebel Boom Live does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
Article 8
International Applicants
The Applicant acknowledges that INthe-Q™ may operate globally and that submitted information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside the Applicant’s country of residence.
Applicant consents to the international processing of information as reasonably necessary for operation of the Platform.
Article 9
Retention of Information
Rebel Boom Live may retain AIVA information for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- maintaining platform security;
- preventing repeat fraudulent submissions;
- complying with legal obligations;
- maintaining business records;
- resolving disputes.
Article 10
Applicant Responsibility
Applicant represents and warrants that:
- (a) they have authority to provide submitted information;
- (b) information submitted is accurate;
- (c) submission does not violate the rights of another person or entity;
- (d) they understand that false information may result in denial or removal from the Platform.
Article 11
Acknowledgement and Consent
By submitting an AIVA Application, Applicant acknowledges:
- they have read this Privacy Disclosure;
- they understand the purpose of identity verification;
- they consent to the collection and use of information as described herein;
- they understand verification is required for platform trust and security purposes.
✍ Article 12 — Electronic Acceptance
By submitting an AIVA Application, the Applicant confirms:
- Electronic submission of the AIVA Application constitutes a legally binding acceptance of this Agreement.
- They consent to the collection, use, and limited disclosure of information as described herein.
